Products’ Overview

The additional pedals set is made of metal, its individual components are connected to one another with a welded joint. The pedal levels are moving on a turned metal spindle.

Transmission rollers are turned from special capronic plastic material, the ball bearing is pressed into its mandrel to make the roller move gently and softly. Two draw rollers are fastened behind the main pedals with a steel fixture. The inner side of the throat of the transmission rope is covered with sliding caprone. The transmission ropes are 19-stranded and 3 mm of thickness and well-flexible. The most direct route is used to take the throat and the rope to the additional set. The use of such a kind of system does not demand any complex reconstruction of the car, it is easily installable and portable. The system is virtually maintainable-free, however, a couple of times a year the car owner might check the condition of the ropes and, if necessary, turn to the set installer. It takes about 30 minutes to check and take care of the set. Virtually no traces will be left to remove the set, so the car can be easily sold. An analogous system is also extensively used in Europe and Scandinavia, it has found wide approbation thanks to its comparatively simple installation and reasonable price. In Estonia it is used by about 80% of driving school cars. The installation of the system began more than 15 years ago, when the modern driving schools were established here.
